Objective: To provide Julian students with an opportunity to design, build and program a remote controlled robot from scratch.
Who: This club is open to all Julian Students. We expect to have about 30-35 student participants in the club, as well as four to five+ adult coaches.
Teams: We have the supplies to build nine robots this year and thus hope to have nine teams. Each team will consist of a max of four students and be led by a team captain.

Meetings: The dates of the meetings are all listed on the backside of this sheet. For the most part we will have a meeting after school every Thursday until the end of March. Students are asked to treat this commitment seriously and attend all meetings.
Events: We intend to focus our efforts on two major events this year:
- Road Trip: Vex Challenge in Milwauke Wisconsin, Sunday, December, 2nd
- “Team Julian Intramural Challenge” Some time in November
- “Middle School Vex Challenge” Brooks vs. Julian, sometime in late March.
